POLYSTON is stain-resistant and restoring protection suitable for indoor and outdoor porous stone surfaces.
Restores the treated material by bringing out the natural grain and colour tone, waterproofs the grouting, thereby sealing it once again to protect it from any water absorption and infiltration.
The treated surfaces have good anti-stain characteristics and allow for easier maintenance.
For the treatment of floors and facing material made from rough marble and granite, stone (serena, slate, porphyry, Cardoso), rock and antique marble, terracotta, clinker, stoneware, etc. and joints.
POLYSTON is ready for use and in the case of low porous materials, dilute one or more parts with SOLVENTE PER ESTERNI.
Apply on clean and dry substrates with a pure bristle brush (10x1.5 cm), roller or low pressurespray. Apply 2 coats at an interval of at least 6 hours.
The product is a primer and not a paint; let it absorb and even out before drying.
Indoor use: 2 days after the treatment, apply SOLWAX PIETRA on rough stone, and on floors, apply the water-based wax finish after another 2 days at least.
Depends on the absorption of the substrate. On average, the yield is 3 - 6 sq m/L (2 coats).
