ISOLCOTT is non-silicone, aqueous emulsion protection; it forms a light protective layer that prevents grout and colours from penetrating when laying tiles, preventing stains and marks from forming and therefore, also prevents aggressive washing procedures being required.
ISOLCOTT is economical, practical, easy to apply and enhances adhesion between the grout and the sides of the tiles; it can also be used undiluted as scratch and stain protection for delicate materials, such as marble, travertine and stone when working on site. |
Stone and ceramic floors and coatings.
Ideal for porcelain stoneware. |
ISOLCOTT is concentrated, therefore, use according to the table below.
12 hours before grouting, apply A COAT of ISOLCOTT diluted according to the table, with a roller, cloth or brush or spray by sponging.
Then grout and sponge as should be done, in a workmanlike manner (before it dries completely).
Washing: ISOLCOTT can be removed from the protected surfaces by using the decerante forte Madras after 48 hours. In the case of floors and coatings made of cement-laid terracotta, wait for the maturing time to elapse (at least 28 days) before proceeding directly with the washing.
